Each piece is handmade from wild-harvested clay, so I pack and ship everything myself with care — this isn't mass-production, and your order is treated that way from studio to doorstep.
Orders within Australia ship via Aramex; international orders ship via Australia Post. Turnaround time varies with my workload and the weather — clay needs proper drying time, and rain slows that down. In good conditions, allow 3–4 weeks from order to completion; larger orders can take up to 6 weeks, and thick basins or substantial pieces up to 8 weeks. For anything time-sensitive, please contact me directly and I'll give you a realistic estimate for your specific piece.

Because every piece is hand-formed from wild clay, slight variations in color, texture, and shape are part of the work, not a flaw — no two pieces are ever identical, and that's the point.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact me at Benjamin@wildnatureclay.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and its packaging, and I'll sort a replacement or refund. For custom orders (including sinks and made-to-order dinnerware), these are made specifically for you and can't be returned or exchanged unless there's a fault — please reach out beforehand with any questions so we get it right the first time.
